2. Service Description: Provider offers web hosting services that include server space, bandwidth, and related resources to host websites and web applications. The specific features and resources included in each hosting plan are detailed on our website.

3. Account Setup: To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Provider is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Payment and Billing:
4.1. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the hosting services within 14 days of the due date as specified on our website. Failure to pay after this time without prior agreement may result a suspension of your service and termination after 30 days past due.
4.2. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
4.3. Provider reserves the right to modify pricing and billing cycles upon providing advance notice to customers.
5. Service Availability:
5.1. Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and 99.9% (calculated monthely) uptime of its hosting services. However, occasional downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
5.2. Provider is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Data Backup:
6.1. While Provider performs regular backups, it is your responsibility to maintain adequate backups of your data.
6.2. Provider is not liable for any data loss or damages.
7. Content and Usage:
7.1. You are responsible for the content and activities associated with your hosting account.
7.2. You agree not to use the hosting services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
7.3. Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AUP.
7.4 You must contact us immedietly if you have reason to suspect your service has been compromised.
8. Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to your content hosted on our servers.
9. Privacy and Data Protection: Provider will handle your personal and account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination:
10.1. Either party may terminate the hosting agreement for any reason with written notice.
10.2. Provider may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms and Conditions or the AUP.
11. Refund Policy: Details of our refund policy can be found on our website.
12. Limitation of Liability: Provider’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
Provider is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Changes to Terms: Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
