8. Network and Server Integrity: You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures, disrupt the integrity of our network, or interfere with the proper functioning of our servers and systems.
9. Backups and Data Retention: It is your responsibility to maintain adequate backups of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data, and we do not guarantee the availability of backup services.
